Thermal Transfer Ribbon structure
Thermal Transfer Ribbons as a printed material The structure from the surface is composed of three parts, namely the surface material, adhesive and the end of paper. 1, surface coating

 2, surface material

4, adhesive

5, from the type coating (coated silicon layer)
That is, in the bottom of the paper coated with silicone oil layer, coated with silicone oil can make the end of the paper surface tension is very low, very smooth surface, the role is to prevent the adhesive bonding at the end of paper.
6, at the end of paper
The role of the end of the paper is to accept the release agent to protect the back of the adhesive material, support the surface material, so that it can die cutting, waste and labeling on the labeling machine. As with the surface material, the uniformity and strength indication of the thickness of the base paper are not only related to the printing performance, but also to determine the uniformity of die cutting and the important index of the velocity and the edge of the paper.
